Four moves.

1. Position and Offer. Choose the specific problem you solve, and for whom. Then package it: a named offer, a clear scope, and pricing. One sentence specific enough that a prospective client can repeat it back accurately.

2. Signal. Make it visible. Your LinkedIn rebuilt so it reads as an independent practitioner, not an employee with a job title. A capability one-pager that states the value, the proof, and how to engage you.

3. Target. Build the list. 20 organisations and 80 named decision-makers who could engage you: founders, CEOs, COOs and boards, with one page of intelligence on each. People who buy services, not hiring managers filling roles.

4. Relationships. Build them. Peer-level outreach, real conversations, converted into paid engagements. In person where you can.
